Kevin A. Levy is the Designated Broker and Principal Owner of Foothills Realty and Management. Kevin has been in real estate and management for 30 years and has gained his experience at some of the most prestigious companies in the country.
Kevin holds active Broker licenses in Arizona and California. He has sold nearly $100 million dollars of real estate. He was awarded the distinguished title of “Top Producer” at Century 21 and was one of the top agents in the state. During his time in multi-family management, he was named “Western Region Manager of the Year” for Goldman Sachs while supervising 4,000 units around the Southwest.
Kevin has been married for 26 years and has 3 children. He coached youth baseball for 15 years, sat on the Board as Division Supervisor for Pony Baseball for 4 years, worked on the DV Booster Club for 4 years and is an active member of his church. Having raised children here, his community work and his diversified real estate background, Kevin has extensive knowledge of the Foothills and surrounding area. In his spare time, Kevin likes to write. He recently penned a novel of his property management experience in a book titled “Acacia Bay”.
